Greek Style Cauliflower Steaks

Sometimes you just need a really juicy steak...CAULIFLOWER steak that is!  For those of you who don't know, I rarely eat red meat and mostly only ground beef, because I have a sensitivity to it, so I don't really jones for a good thick steak very often but when I do...these cauliflower steaks are a good option to curb that need for something thick and juicy!


These babies are so easy to make and literally take 15 minutes start to finish... which on a weeknight is the best, the hardest part is waiting for them to get nice and charred on the grill! 


1 head of cauliflower 

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup greek salad dressing ( I use Primal Kitchen!)

2 tablespoons EVOO


1. Taking your cauliflower head, cut down the middle.  From there, cut each side into 2-3 big thick slices.  

2. Heat up your indoor or outdoor grille.  

3. Marinate these steaks with the EVOO, spices, and greek dressing.

4. Throw them on the grille for 5 minutes each side, until a nice char is achieved on each side!

5. Serve and enjoy!
