These.are.ridiculous! Ooey, gooey, fudgy, chocolatey, and so satisfying! I have experimented with many brownie recipes trying to find one that works for Tyler and I but also does not include the unnecessary sugar, gluten, or dairy. After many failed attempts, this recipe is the ONE!!
Filled with good for you ingredients, all natural, and VEGAN! This brownie recipe will take you all of 25 minutes, including the cook time!
1 TBS coconut oil
2 TBS unsweetened applesauce
2 TBS almond milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 TBS almond butter
4 teaspoons tru nut powder
3 TBS almond flour
3 TBS cacao powder( or more if you LOVE the chocolatey flavor like I do!)
1 TBS coconut sugar
1 TBS honey( raw is best!)
1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the almond butter and coconut oil until melted and whisk together. Add the honey, vanilla, applesauce, and almond milk to the mixture.
2. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients of almond flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cacao powder, and tru nut. Whisk until blended.
3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring well! Place into a greased 8x8 pan( or a loaf pan if you want thicker brownies!) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes!
Let cool completely before cutting and enjoying!
